there was visibility of standards at all four
observation sites.

technology was there in the classroom?

How did the teacher accommodate English Language
Learners?We found that the teachers were very
patient with their students. Although moving
quickly through the lessons in English, the
teachers would repeat themselves in Spanish if
necessary. We also noticed a variety of reading
books available to the students in both English
and Spanish.
