• To establish a non-profit group to conduct
  research, develop tools, databases, forums and a
  virtual discussion space for professionals,
  policymakers and others about Learning Economics
• Learning Economics Research Program established
  at Marriott School of Management, BYU. Sponsors

  Knowledge Flow
• Susan Conway, Director, Information Work
  Productivity Institute. Sponsors Accenture, HP,

• Background Dr. Conway is leading a consortium of
  industry and academic experts to research new
  productivity models and processes aimed at
  helping businesses improve information work.
  Previously, she served as MS Communities of

  measurement, and valuation of information work.
