Partners
  • We are working in a partnership with you
  • Công vi?c c?a chúng ta c?n s? ph?i h?p t? hai phía

21
Some of our principles
  1. If you help us, we will help you
  2. When you put together a good application, it
helps us to processing it quickly
  3. If information is not given to us up front, it
makes processing slower, as we have to write to
    you and request it
  4. You need to substantiate your claims. For example
if you say that the students parents have
assets, you must provide proof or evidence of
that. If there is no proof, we cannot take it
    into consideration

N?u b?n không th? hi?n th? cho chúng tôi b?ng

  • Details of any study plan or future intentions
  • Evidence of funds for the study

24
Check
  1. What are the four major areas you should cover in
    each application
  2. Why do we ask for a study plan?
  3. What are the MINIMUM requirements for funds in
    each application?

25
What to do
26
What to do
  1. Make sure all requirements in the application are
    met
  2. Make sure any documents you would like back are
marked, and an extra copy provided for us to keep
  3. When we write to you, respond quickly
  4. Make sure all documents in Vietnamese are
accompanied by an English translation from an
    independent and certified translation company

27
Original documents
  1. If you send them, send a copy as well
  2. Send them in a separate envelope
  3. Do not send piles of the same papers

28
What not to do
29
Helping each other
  • Most of the policy information you will need is
on our website. Please look there before you call
    us
  • Constant requests for updates takes our time and
energy away from getting the application
    finalised for you
  • Only have one point of contact. Other people
contacting us for you gets confusing and leads to
    miscommunication
  • Please quote the application number if you
    contact us
