• Momentum locally and nationally use of data
  and information and mental health on the map with
  Chief Executives!
• Performance Management/Imp Board/reviews
• Support for Change - Collaborative, Benchmarking,
  Leadership, Psychological Therapies, ICP
  standards, Development Network

Making the connections?

• Nationally - PD Network and the ICP standards and
  Psychological Therapies.
• Locally - some networks (Lothian and Ayrshire and
  Arran)
• Integration - not sure we are maximising the
  opportunities through DFMH yet for this
  population.
• Challenge - make the connections and maximise the
  opportunities over to you!
