• Jaya Chetty was born in Pretoria (Gauteng), in
  1975 and also attended school there.
• Jaya joined the Public Service in 1994, in the
  Ministry of Health and later on joined The
  Presidency in the Cabinet Office.
• Jaya is based in the Parliamentary Office of the
  Directorate Executive Services, and serves as
  the Parliamentary Liaison Officer for the
  Department of Land Affairs.
