Meeting the Needs
  • How do we do this?
  • Say you have 10 incoming lines to your office.
    The ratio is normally 4 for incoming calls and 6
    for outgoing calls. We leave the first 4 lines
    for incoming calls and we convert 1 of these
    lines to ADSL. You cancel 6 lines with Telkom.
    Now we install 6 VOIP Lines onto the new ADSL
    line to replace the 6 lines for outgoing calls.
    Remember, clients can call you on your new 087
    xxx xxxx number as well.
  • We install a gateway at your PABX that will grab
    all outgoing calls and divert them through the
    ASDL VOIP lines instead of the Telkom lines and
    you are ready to experience the wonderful
    advantages as described on previous slides.
  • We suggest that you keep your existing Telkom
    number for a while until all your customers are
    aware of your new number which will be a 087 xxx
    xxxx number. After about 6 to 12 Months you can
    replace the 4 existing Telkom Lines with VOIP
    lines as well and save even more money.
  • If you have an existing ADSL you can use it for
    VOIP together with your internet access, but we
    strongly suggest that you keep your Internet and
    Telephone systems separate. You could experience
    bad voice quality because Internet will take
    priority over Voice.
  • You do not have to change telephones or PABX
    systems if you have such equipment, but we have a
    full range state-of-the-art digital Data IP
    Phones, Digital Reception IP Phones, Digital IP
    PABX systems and many more products to cater for
    all possible needs and scenarios.
  • We also have VOIP solutions for Diginet and ISDN
    Lines.
  • Because it is digital, and once the initial
    installation is done, changes and upgrades can be
    done over the telephone and a technician will not
    be necessary in most of the instances.
  • We can also provide you with call forward, call
    waiting, IVR, Caller ID, 3 Way Calling etc.
  • You can now cancel your Premicell, VOIP is
    cheaper.
