UHD Online Course Approval

Step 1

• Log on to the UHD website www.uhd.edu and go to
  Student E-Services.

• Select the My Registration and Schedule planet.

• Enter your User ID and PIN number.

• Select Course Approval Online followed by
  appropriate semester

Step 5

• Review eligibility criteria and verify by
  accessing My Admission and Enrollment Status.

Steps 6 and 7

• If you are eligible for online course approval,
  proceed to read the instructions on how to use
  the system.
• Check the box indicating you have read the
  instructions and continue.

Steps 8 and 9

• Select Create course approval of additional
  courses.
• Select a subject area in the drop down menu

Steps 10 and 11

• Locate your course in the menu and click on Add
  CRSE.
• Repeat steps 9 and 10 until you have a complete
  list of all of your course requests.

Step 12

• Once you have completed your list of course
  requests, select Continue your Course Approval
  Request.

Step 13

• If you would like to make any changes, you may
  Modify your selections, or if youd like to
  make a comment/ask a question of your advisor,
  you may do so at this time.

Steps 14 and 15

• You may Save your request and come back to it
  later, or you may Submit your request to an
  advisor.
• You will receive a confirmation that your request
  has been submitted and a response from the
  advisor will be sent to your gator mail account.

Step 16

• Once you receive your GatorMail confirmation, be
  sure and check View My Advising Information to
  find out which of your course requests have been
  approved.
