• To make larger fractions you can use
  multiplication. You must multiply both the

  You must divide both the numerator and
  denominator by the same number (it

Simplest FormA fraction is in simplest form when
the numerator and denominator have no common
factors other than 1.To find the simplest form
of a fraction, divide both the numerator and
denominator by the greatest common factor
(GCF).The GCF can be found by listing all of
the factors for the numerator and denominator and
dividing by the greatest number in common.
