1. ABOUT THE PROJECT 1/4
  • A part of research project
  • Development, integration, administration and
    security of CIS in NATO environment.
  • The objectives of the vocabulary are
  • (1) to support the C3 (Consultation, Command and
    Control) systems interoperability in the defense
    sector however, the dictionary can be useful in
    the field of crisis management, for organizations
    supplying C3 systems, or for other departments.

  • to contribute to the unification of terms used in
    the MoD in the field of C3 systems
    interoperability, to facilitate the filing and
    management of interoperability terms
    predominantly chosen from available norms,
    standards and NATO handouts, and also to support
    the creation of new terms.
  • (3) to provide a simple and user-friendly access
    to terms. To allow the users to discuss recorded
    terms and thus achieve the unification of terms
    in the CR defense and business sectors (C3
    systems suppliers).
