  (Cookie falls on floor Wrapped candy vs
  unwrapped candy Play ground vs home)
• Children make a journal entry to be shared with
  parents about germs (Can be their own words or a
  picture that describes story and words applied by
  teacher)

• Assess how children define terms introduced in
  story through questioning
• Observe childrens behavior and play over time
  (Especially during meal time and handwashing
  activities)
• Check list to formally record behavior
