What needs to happen
  • Recognise it is not a Bill of Rights.
  • Governments must agree their position beforehand.
  • Mature debate and rational arguement.
  • Compromise where possible but not conceding if
    the convention will become impossible to ratify
  • Send tripartite delegations for true social
    dialogue.
