with the environmental acquis communautaire.

- Improvement of population access in all counties
to water, sewage and wastewater treatment public
services by 2015
- Improvement of soil quality by proper waster
management, in minimum 30 counties, by 2015
3. Reduction of negative environmental impact
caused by old municipal thermal plants in most
polluted localities by 2015
4. Nature protection by supporting the protected
area management, including NATURA 2000
implementation
5. Reduction of the incidence of natural
disasters in the most vulnerable areas, by 2015
