Ambassadors Speech

• Every delegation (USA, China, etc.) nominates an
  Ambassador, who will entertain his speech during
  the Opening Ceremony
• The Ambassadors Speech usually has to be no more
  than 1 minute long, and should express the
  prerogatives of the Country at that Session of
  the (M)UN
