WELL-BEING AND HEALTH AMONG ADOLESCENT IN BARENTS
REGION
2
The concept of psychosocial well-being has
been defined by many way. tell us something
about state of mental world. question is
together about subjective and objective things.
For instance human beings subjective feelings
and his or hers somatic health.

3
The complexity of the concept is
clearly seen. It indicates a necessity to
consider different aspects of a community (such
as quality of life), as well as economic and
social structures.
4
Culture has often been understood to
refer only to specific customs, practices, food
or ways of dressing. this definition is too
narrow. more useful definition is set of
guidelines (both explicit and implicit) which
individuals inherit as members of a particular
society, and which tells them how to view the
world, how to experience it emotionally, and how
to behave in it in relations to other people, to
supernatural forces or gods, and to the natural
environment. It also provides them with a way of
transmitting these guidelines to the next
generation - by the use of symbols, language, art
and ritual Hellman 1994, 2-3
