• Division of PP Revision Process should have
  read Division of EC Membership and Meetings
• If not objection slip item to after Adopt EC
  Membership and Meetings

Voting Rules

What are rules for approval

• Approval to send to ballot requires 2/3 of all
  members with voting rights
• Abstains, Not Present, Did Not Vote all count in
  denominator
• Final approval of PP Revision requires two
  thirds of all voting Executive Committee members
  with voting rights
• Current interpretation from Chair is that
  Abstentions, Not present, Did not Vote dont
  count in denominator
• Rules will change effective end of this meeting
  if PP revision on PP revision process is
  approved

• Not breaking document into subdocuments as much

• Telecons rather than travel
• Multiple Ballots on smaller changes rather than
  one large change
• Have already run have the smaller ballots
• Accordingly costs have gone down
• SA has request input on options to partition our
  PP into other documents
• Easier to amend
• Cleaner organization
