    Organizations

    laboratory with educational institutions

    of DoD Lab may directly transfer (donate)
    laboratory (i.e., scientific, research) equipment
    that is excess to the needs of the lab

    sent) 1,035 requisitions since Mar 06 valued at

  • Expand to TD customers in early FY07

Pickup Hours
  • Applies to HUB (MEO/RGO) Sites and Receipt In
    Place Sites (could be impacted site) and Stand
    Alone sites
  • These sites operate differently
  • Host Base/Post Hours of Operation
  • Consider Generator Turn-Ins and other RTD
    required pickups
  • All Turn-Ins and Pickups must be scheduled 48
    hours in advance

TD Walk-in Releases New
  • No release of property to Transfer or Donation
    customers is authorized unless the DRMO has a DD
    1348-1A (CONUS) or receives a faxed or e-mail
    copy of the approved SF 122/123 directly from GSA
  • DRMS will provide GSA Global email addresses
  • DRMO will not issue property to customers who
    hand carry a signed SF 122/123 with them unless
    the DRMO has a DD 1348-1A (CONUS) or there is an
    independent copy received via fax or e-mail
    directly from GSA
  • Transfer and Donation customers must schedule
    pickups

DoD Special Programs Walk-in Releases New
  • Process electronic requisitions no hardcopy
    walk-ins allowed
  • FFP will be able to use the electronic Walk-in
    application
  • Customers must schedule pickups
  • Customers provide the information in writing from
    their office email address or via DRMS Form
    Letter of Authorization for Pick up
  • Property will be released to those authorized
    individuals and/or transporters once proper
    identification has been furnished

  • Provides on site Customer service
  • Phone, fax, email or in person
  • Makes disposal decisions/provide disposal options
  • Co-ordinates out bound property shipments
  • Integrate RGO Operations DSRs
  • Partner Interface (MEO, CV, SV, etc)

  • Meet the Generators on their grounds
  • Pre Inspect Property
  • Provide direct shipments when appropriate
  • Smart Receipt In Place (RIP)
  • Known RTD items (i.e. CFL, PM, FORSCOM)
  • Maintain Customer support
  • Provide disposal updates as necessary
  • RTD system enhancements
