• Issue 1 Command Emphasis on EO/EEO and
  Diversity Programs.

  Conferences.
• CDRs include EO Training on YTB and published in
  the YTC.
• Proper utilization of EOA positions.
• CDRs takes ownership of EO/EEO and Diversity
  Programs.

• To appropriate sufficient funding and create a
  well defined budget which would enable States to
  implement and sustain a quality EO/EEO and
  Diversity Programs.
• Establish a line item budget for the SEEM
  management to implement within the EO/EEO and
  Diversity Programs.
