  • Estonia Phare CBC 2001 programme funding
    decisions were made in 2003 Phare CBC 2002 and
    2003 funding available in 2004-2006 (3 M each)
  • 94 projects were approved for financing total
    costs appr. 20 M, ERDF financing 8.2 M

? 14 Phare CBC projects are linked with INTERREG
projects in Southern Finland (EU financing 0.7 M)
