Login Procedure

• New look and feel
• http//host12.okcareertech.org/PFTATANF/TANF
• Two passwords required
• TANFUSER password
• Allows access to CareerTech server
• Same as always
• Application password
• Allows access to the TANF software
• You will have to set this password before you
  begin
• Enter last name with upper and lower case letters
• For example Stevens (not stevens or STEVENS)

Screen Interface

• Buttons replaced by Links
• Links are more efficient
• Links do not require the computer to think,
  thus saving time
• Should be a little faster
• TANF Coordinator Menu
• Same options as before
• CIP code list has been added

Client Lists

• Follow-up Screens
• Clients sorted by completion date
• Clients that require follow-up are at the top of
  the list
• Initial Follow_up Date Completion Date
• To find a client, use CTRL-F to bring up a
  search box

New Reports

• Under Other Reports on Report Screen
• Select a School Year
• Then select one other selection criteria
• County
• CIP code
• Other options may be added. Contact Lou Ann
  Hargrave.
