- On December 1st, 2005, the virtual Centre for
the Improvement of Managerial Skills in Research
(CENMAD) was established within the International
Offfice of University of Pardubice - the Centre provided a Pilot integrated training

soft skills - Project brought many new ideas for planning the
next activities of the project team - soft project is a good experience to continue
with hard project
