CONCLUSION
  1. CDM is new activities, it plays an important role
    in process of sustainable development
  2. CDM knowledge understanding is limited in the
    country
  3. It is necessary to carry out capacity development
    for CDM. Some existing barriers should be
    overcome
  4. Work plan for CDM Capacity Development need
    researching in more detail as well as
    implementing step by step
  5. Capacity development is the development of
    internal forces as well as international supports
    for Vietnam at present
