We have a 24 hour / 365 days a year call centre
in operation The call centre is extremely
productive, it logs a huge amount of claims on a
daily bases to ensure client satisfaction. The
call centre provides the service delivery
backbone and ensures the customer experience
through consistent service process adherence, but
the most significant contribution to the claims
management process is made by the specialised
staff that are integrated into the service
delivery chain. From clerks to claims managers,
the call center has a substantial core of
specialised staff, who can guarantee that the
claims administration process is professionally
handled at all times. Specially trained product
managers are assigned to service every claim. The
product manager is essentially the link between
the client and the contact centre and is
responsible for managing the service delivery
process. The product manager utilises the
assigned call agents, available specialists and
support services staff, to design a unique
service delivery solution for each client.

Our Service Providers (Plumbers, Electricians
and Technicians) are reputable businesses who
provide services to the whole of the RSA and
Namibia. A service provider will be dispatch
(after a appointment was made) immediately or at
the clients convenience. Their operations are
monitored by the call centre operators to ensure
prompt and efficient service levels. The call
centre operators are in constant contact with the
service providers via cell phones to ensure good
communication at all times. Priced Right This
policy offers genuine cost savings to both the
client and the broker. With only one excess
payable, the client is now able to predict costs
for budgeting purposes. All homes and appliances
can now be maintained at a reasonable cost with
little or no effort. A minimal premium is charged
in comparison to the real cost of repairs, which
in most cases are unforeseen and can be
exorbitant. There is no premium increase for
claiming. No overtime rates are charged for
emergencies during weekend or public holidays.
