Pirates of the Caribbean

• An analysis of the value of Historical sources.

When?

• Mostly for Homework
• This will be the homework task for around 6/7
  weeks
• Each week you will be set a different task in
  relation to the project
• You must fill in the homework record sheet each
  time to show what you do for homework each week.
  I will check and sign it.

The task

• You have been asked to provide a review of each
  of the 3 Pirates of the Caribbean movies. This
  may mean re-watching the movies with friends,
  family or on your own.
• You have two areas to focus on.
• The overall quality of the movie e.g. story,
  acting and special effects. Be specific about
  what you like and disliked.
• The Historical accuracy of each movie. What could
  be used by History teachers in schools. Things
  that are a true representation of Piracy. E.g.
  clothes, ships actions of the pirates.
• You must write three separate reviews in your
  exercise book. Each must be no less than half a
  page.
