• Most children will tell you that they don't like
  school.  If they are honest they love it!  They
  make friends, learn new stuff and generally have
  a thoroughly great time.  In some parts of the
  developing World children don't get a chance to
  dislike school.  Fact - at any one time there
  are millions of children of school age that don't
  go to school. It's not because they don't like
  it, it's because they don't get the opportunity
  to even try it.  The children in this photograph
  go to school and are receiving an education and
  look at their SMILE.The Gabriel Education Trust
  has been set up to try and put a SMILE on some of
  these kids faces.  We would love to help everyone
  but that is a tall order.  So the aim is to help
  as many as we can

• The trust is a UK Limited Company that has
  Charitable Status and was founded in 2005 by
  three directors of a web design company - Gabriel
  Media Limited.  The directors come from
  completely different backgrounds - a Policeman, a
  Teacher and a Web Database Specialist - what a
  mix!  They all have (at least) one thing in
  common and that is a passion to try and help
  those who are not as lucky as they are.  The
  Company is a charitable trust and as such we have
  a board of trustees that meet to agree how the
  money raised is to be spent.  We don't leave
  money lolling in bank accounts, there is no point
  as administration costs are borne by Gabriel
  Media Limited.
