  • BPTC hot-line opened on Dec. 10, 1999. By June,
    2003, total calls received 4.66 million, about
    10,000 calls per day.
  • Website(www.bjbus.com) launched on
  • Jan. 1,2001. By June 2003, total pageviews
  • reached 34 million, around 110,000 per day.
  • English version was also set up.
