• Report what was going on in the chapters
• Provide chapters a way to chart progress

• Build a plan for success
• An opportunity for Recognition

• A Plan of Action of Action
• Helps a chapter get organized
• A business plan for the chapter
• Helps chapter set annual goals
• A record of what you have accomplished

Recognition for your Chapter

• The five star program gets your chapter
  recognized!
• Local recognition College President
• Regional Certificate at regional level
• International HQ website and International
  Convention

What is required?

• One Star Level
• Submit online chapter goal form
• Advisor and president should have a Chapter
  Resource Packet
• Chapter's bylaws approved and on file at
  Headquarters
• Submit officer reporting form
• Orientation for new officers
• Letter of invitation from College President

• One Star Level Cont.
• Orientation for perspective members
• At least one induction ceremony per year
• Marketing of chapter on campus
• Chapter meets once a month
• Submit Chapter Annual Report to Headquarters
• Submit Chapter Update Form Online in 2006

• Two Star Level
• Chapter meets twice per month
• Holds induction ceremony twice per year
• Hold one activity using the Honors Study Topic
• Become a chapter of service and hold one service
  project using the international service program
• Enroll online in the Pinnacle Scholarship Program
• Meet with College President to discuss chapter
  goals

• Three Star Level
• Implements a second project in the Honors Study
  Topic
• Implement a second service project
• Publish a newsletter or host a website
• Implement a College Project College project

• Chronicle chapter events and activities

• Four Star Level
• Attend one regional function
• Assume leadership role in the region run for
  office, hold an office, host a regional event
• Implement a third project in the Honors Study
  Topic
• Implement a third service project
• Enter two chapter Hallmark Awards in 2007

• Five Star Level
• Implement a fourth project in the Honors Study
  Topic
• Implement a fourth service project
• Enter the Scholarship, Leadership, and Service
  regional Hallmark Awards
• Enter four international Hallmark Awards (one
  in the individual category)
• Participate in one International convention,
  International Honors Institute, all four
  Satellite Seminars

• Complete the Chapter Goal Form
• The Deadline is March 31 not too late!
• One Timeline January through December
