the company directory and rename DAT to
OLDUSERPREF.DAT.

Up Problem

• After that, delete each of the file having DDF
  extension. Also, from the same directory, the
  user needs to open the company and click on
  confirm to save the payments.
• The last step is to click on print to print
  successfully. From File in the upper left-hand
  corner, click Create Copy. Choose Portable
  company file then Next.
• Select the location where you want to save the
  portable copy. Click Save and OK button.
