About Us

• Temple Adventures is one of the long-standing and
  premier 5 star PADI Instructor Development SCUBA
  diving centres in India.
• Set up in 2008 by Rob Partridge and Dave Hearn in
  Mahabalipuram, the two Aussie guys saw some high
  potential for this sport and made it bigger by
  shifting base to Pondicherry in 2009.

1. Dive Instructor

• One of the best diving jobs you can apply for is
  a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
• How to become a PADI Instructor You have to
  complete your Open Water, Advanced Open Water,
  EFR, Rescue Diver and Divemaster training.
• You have to have at least 60 logged dives and a
  100 dives.
• Have a valid CPR/First Aid certificate that is
  not older than 24 months.
• You also have to be a certified diver for at
  least 6 months before applying for this course.
• Duration of Course 2 weeks.

2. Divemaster

• One of the best diving jobs you can apply for is
  a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
• How to become a PADI Divemaster You have to
  complete your Open Water, Advanced Open Water,
  EFR and Rescue Diver training.
• You must have at least 40 logged dives before you
  can start your divemaster program.
• Duration of Course 1-5 months. It depends what
  package you choose and where you wish to do your
  divemaster program.

3. Emergency First Response Instructor

• The job of an Emergency First Response Instructor
  is to teach students how to become competent
  EFRs.
• How to become an Emergency First Response
  Instructor You have to be an Emergency First
  Responder to apply for the instructor position.
• You have to also make sure that your EFR
  certification is not older than 24 months.
• Or else you will have to do an EFR refresher and
  then apply for the instructor position.
• Duration of course 1 day
