  (iii) of the Sports Code read with the
  notification of 01.05.2010, will be violated by
  the tenure of an office bearer of the petitioner,

  does not follow the sports code, government
  recognition of AIFF might be withheld.
• Since the petitioner held elections for the last
  time on December 21, 2016, new elections must be
  maintained. Although the Answering Respondent
  recently extended the petitioners yearly
  recognition for another year, beginning on
  October 23, 2020, it said that this renewal was
  contingent on the outcome of the special leave
  petition before this honorable court.
