Why is the keto diet good for you?
A keto diet is an eating plan that focuses on
foods that provide a lot of healthful fats,
adequate amounts of protein, and very few
carbohydrates. The goal is to get more calories
from fat than from carbs. The diet works by
depleting the body of its sugar reserves. As a
result, it will start to break down fat for
energy. This results in the production of
molecules called ketones that the body uses for
fuel. When the body burns fats, it can also lead
to weight loss. There are numerous health
benefits of the Keto Diet, and one step at a
time Keto dieting is gradually taking the place
of traditional dieting in the lives of many
people as more and more people as the diet grows
in popularity. To begin with, there are plenty of
great keto recipes out there that many people
just cant resist. As a result, a new disciple
of this new way of eating will neither get bored
from repeatedly eating the same kind of meals
nor lack culinary inspiration to try something
new. But before proceeding, wed like to assume
you do not know much about all of this. So it
makes perfect sense to bring you up to speed in

Keto Diet So What Is A Ketogenic Diet? Any highly
nutritional meal course that is aimed at
providing the body with an alternative source of
energy through fats instead of the usual
