Overview
The CMR Institute of Technology is a private
engineering college in Bangalore established by
CMR Jnanadhara Trust in 2000. The college aims to
provide quality technical education to the
students and prepare them for their future.  The
college is located amid a technology hub and
offers 960 UG engineering courses and 360 PG
seats. They also offer MBA and MCA courses. The
college is recognised by AICTE, and affiliated to
Visvesvaraya Technological University
(VTU).  The admissions to the college are based
on results in KARCET (Karnataka CET), JEE, and
COMEDK (a consortium of private professional
colleges in Karnataka). The college has
highly-trained faculty members.
