Introduction-
Our skin is body's largest organ that is made up
of water protein fats and minerals. Skin is
responsible to protect the body from germs and

sensations like called cold and hot.

being depletes as the age increases, especially
in winter season there are many skin problems

look and feel the best, try to eat plenty of
Vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Always
include diet rich in fish oil or supplement and
low in unhealthy fats, avoid processed and
refined carbohydrates.
7- Take extra care- the skin gets more fragile
