  fabrication. It was a major lesson you learned
  during the process.

Regret 3 Settling for floors you never liked

• Put simply, you allowed your contractor to talk
  you out of the floors you wanted. They never
  wanted to do the work of laying down smaller
  tiles with a higher number of characters, and you
  allowed them to convince you that you should go
  with the larger size tiles.
• They are cleaner and brighter, but boring and
  cold at the same time due to other white in the
  background. You wish if you would have stuck to
  your guns and proceeded with the DIY rather, or
  at least paused the construction work until you
  could figure out the ideal compromise, not
  exactly these tiles.

Regret 4 Not adding more storage space

• You love reusing things, characters, and making
  the most of what you have already got. However,
  you should have paid attention to your inner soul
  when it whispered getting a new vanity unit.
  Again, situations were moving fast, and you were
  inexperienced.
• It did seem like a sentimental, economical
  decision, however, you somewhere did realise the
  lack of storage in the vanity and how a newer,
  bigger vanity would have benefitted your family
  and the future homeowners.
• To be honest, you were afraid of spending for a
  large vanity. It was a spontaneous remodelling,
  for which you had not laid down a budget, so you
  were trying to make everything as smooth and
  seamless as possible. Your heart was in the right
  place, but your head sure wasnt.
