David Alessi (Vegas)graduated from Cal Poly
Pomona in 1990 and the University of La Verne
School of Law in 1998. He also attended
Pepperdine School of Law as a visiting student in
1998 and studied at the Straus Institute of
Dispute Resolution.

David Alessi (Lawyer)started his career in the
HOA industry as a Community Manager (CAM) from
1999 to 2001 with Real Support Management in
Malibu, CA. In 2001, he shifted to Las Vegas in
extreme conditions and started Alessi Trustee
Corporation (ATC).

David Alessi (Vegas)worked recklessly and made it
the largest HOA assessment collection trustee
company in the entire state of Nevada within
three years. He extended his business with a law
firm, Alessi Koenig, in 2004. The law firm
represented 700-800 HOAs in Nevada and
California, encompassing over a quarter of a
million homeowners- making it the largest HOA
assessment collection law firm in the state
within five years.

During 20 years, the firm has recorded 1M liens
on behalf of thousands of HOA clients resulting
in collecting 100M on clients behalf. David
Alessi (Lawyer)was featured in Whose Who
magazine. He conducted training sessions of HOA
managers for licensing credits with the Nevada
Real Estate Division (NRED). In addition, hehas
generously donated to environmental, animal
rights and childrens charities.

David Alessi (Vegas)further founded the HOA
management company Nevada Community Management
(NCM), which quadrupled in two years, growing
from 45 to 180 HOAs under management in 2021. It
employs 50 staff members and 25,000 homes under
management, making it the largest locally family
owned and operated HOA management company in
Nevada.
