visit in Leh, then we've got just the list. This
region is home to many religions and holy sites
dedicated to them - it has something that will
interest everyone. A land of mystery and legends.
From the highest Tibetan settlements at over
13000 ft., alluring mountain villages home only
for summertime or those brave enough to live
there year around.

Khardung La Pass
Khardung La Pass is the highest motorable pass in
India. At 14,479 feet above sea level, it can be
treacherous for even experienced drivers but if
you're game then there will be no better view
than this 360 degrees panorama. Khardung La Pass
is a gateway to the Nubra Valley and Shyok River.

Nubra Valley
Nubra Valley is a place to visit for those who
want an exotic adventure. In addition to its
white sand deserts and double-humped camels.
Desert lovers will enjoy the magnificent white
sand dunes of Nubra Valley. The double-humped
camels are inhabitants that can be found here, as
well! Not just because it is one place where they
live but also for its own beauty which makes this
valley worth visiting in itself.

head out on the trip.

If you're looking for the perfect getaway, look
no further than Lake Markha Valley in Ladakh. You
can trek up to some amazing sites such as Skiu
and Hankar with your friends or family while
enjoying breathtaking views of mountains on this
camping ground! Once at the top there are many
tents that will ensure everyone has their own
space so they don't feel too far away from anyone
else.

Tso Moriri lake
Tso Moriri lake is a 15000 ft high paradise in an
unruly environment. It's often not considered
ideal by many tourists due to its location at
such high altitude, but with the impeccably
undisturbed ambiance, this little gem offers it
would be a shame for any traveler not to take
advantage of what Tso Moriri lake has to offer. A
stunning blue waterslide surrounded by rugged
scenery.

Hemis National Park
The Hemis National Park in Ladakh is considered
to be the capital of Snow Leopard, India. Aside
from housing one-of-a-kind snow leopards, this
national park also has other rare wildlife that
lives here like wolves and bears.

Shanti Stupa
The architecture of this stupa is not just
beautiful, but also very spiritual. The
honeycomb-like structure has panels inside that
show the life and teachings of Lord Buddha it
seems as if you can feel peace here even in your
thoughts.
