  • The first place to find this fish is at the
    Central Valley. It is also found in Texas.
  • This area is part of the Waterford community.
  • This company specializes in meats.
  • There are a few different types of Western Veal
    that can be purchased. There is the Delmonico
    steak, which is the most common of the three.
  • Another variety is the Bermuda.
  • It is used for barbecues and other celebrations.

  • It is made into various styles of dishes
    including pasta.
  • There is a very large amount of protein in one
    serving of this type of meat.
  • It is also very healthy. It has a low fat

  • However, since this is a delicate meat it is
    often best if you caught it while it is still

  • This is not hard to do. Just pick up a young fish
    at your local supermarket and remove the gills
    and fins.
  • This is a sure way of having a delicious meal!
    The Eastern side is a bit tougher to catch but
    not impossible.
  • Often the Eastern side is found frozen or canned
    at the store.
  • Once again it is very easy to cook.
  • Remove the gills and gently cook the veal until
    it is done. Drain off the fat and set aside.

  • Another favorite Eastern side dish is called
    Stuffed Pork Chop.
  • For this recipe you need a large piece of white
    pork and some onions.
  • Place the onion slices on top of the white meat.
  • Cover the mixture with the mixture of breadcrumbs
    and butter.
  • Cover the whole thing in salt and pepper.
  • The Western side is more straightforward.
  • You simply need some ground beef. Spread some
    tomato sauce over the top and put in your sliced
    Western Veal.

  • Cover the meat and let it cook for a few minutes.
    Uncover it and serve with potato salad.
  • Western Fowl is one of the more popular styles of
    cooking.
  • It is easy to make as long as you have the basic
    ingredients.
  • Just use whatever piece of meat you prefer.
  • And keep the yolks for later.
  • You can also substitute turkey for the beef if it
    is available.
