• Whenever one thinks of a career in designing, the
  only preconception which one holds is that one
  must be an artist. It is not important to be
  artistic to have a career in the design industry.
  The only thing which the design industry requires
  is a creative flair in an individual. Modern
  tools fulfil the artistic aspect of the designing
  career like illustrating software, photoshop,
  tablets, I-pads etc.
• Therefore, we have mentioned careers related to
  the designing field, which are not specifically
  artist, but creative for sure -

• 1. UX/UI Designing
• UX/UI designing course specialises in designing
  interactions a person has while availing of any
  digital service or a product. A person from any
  stream without a designing background can take
  admission and can work as a UX designer or UI
  designer for various firms and websites
  afterwards. This course includes fundamentals and
  principles of design, Visual communication,
  Interaction design, Design Thinking, and many
  more to promote creativity for a successful
  career.

• 2. Graphic Designing
• Graphic designing is the specialisation of
  designing, which involves the creation of visual
  content by using elements like illustrations,
  photography, colours, icons, etc. There is no
  stream barrier for this course however, some
  universities hold entrance exams. It covers
  various areas like typography, illustrator, Corel
  draw, designing and illustration, Graphic
  designing software and tools and many more.
• A graphic designer is demanded in various
  industries like publishing and print houses,
  advertising, TV and multimedia houses and many
  more such firms.

• 3. Interior Designing
• Interior designing is that field of designing
  that deals with the creation of layouts,
  structures, furnishing, colour schemes etc., of a
  house or building. Most universities allow a
  student from any stream to apply for the course,
  and a person could work in collaboration with an
  architectural firm or as a freelancer.
• Some of the subjects that are being taught in the
  interior designing course are arts and graphics,
  materials and construction techniques, basic
  design principles, building services, etc.

• 4. Animation and Multimedia
• This is a designing field that is usually related
  to knowledge about various multimedia, animation
  technology, VFX, 2D and 3D aspects. A student
  from any stream could take admission in this
  course however, at times, the admission could
  either be merit-based or entrance-based. The
  course covers wide varieties of digital art,
  animation techniques, web technology, video and
  sound editing, and many more.
• A person can work as a graphic designer, web
  designer, art director, game developer, software
  developer, and related fields.

• 5. Product Designing
• Product designing is a designing specialisation
  that deals with creating or designing products
  that are safe and easy to use by consumers. The
  candidate could be a student of any stream to be
  a part of the course. The demand for Product
  designer is in almost every industry and by every
  manufacturer.
• The subjects covered in this course are elements
  of design, printmaking techniques, product
  photography, mechanism design, product ergonomics
  etc.

  not limited to those persons who have artistic
