Many of you must have heard of mindfulness and
have tried practicing the art. But do you
really know what is mindfulness? Mindfulness is
a state of mind, a basic human capacity to be
completely present and aware of where we are and
what we are doing. It is a special quality that
every human being is born with you just have to

simplest ways to teach mindfulness to kids. In
this, you have to pay attention to their
breathing. Teach them to close their eyes and
start counting their breaths. Once they become

Walking Encourage your kids to walk barefoot on
