INTRODUCTION
  • Take a minute stop everything you are doing and
    focus on your breath. Can you feel your mind? Can

    it extremely hard to calm down your mind and
    bring it under your control. Mindfulness can be
    defined as an age-old technique of doing a
    thorough introspection of your mind by analyzing
    and focusing on your breath, feelings, and
    emotions. It has been a proven method of calming
    your mind, understanding your feelings and thus,
    taking control of your life. Mindfulness can be
