• Press the window key R on your keyboard.
• After that, a window will display. Intuit
  Entitlement Clientv8.c Fill in the fields (or
  copy and paste)
• C\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8
• The following URL will take you to Window
  Explorer.
• Just delete the ecml file. With a right-click,
