• Pillows and mattresses

  enough to keep your bed completely free from dead

  and vacuum your mattress on both sides. This
  should of course be coupled with washing the rest
  of your bedding at least once a fortnight.

  idea and a wonderful way to help take care of the
  environment, but you should try to remember to
  wash it regularly to prevent any nasty bacteria
  and dirt from lurking in the bottom and spreading
  to your grocery items.
