SA 387 GR. 11 CL. 2 PLATES
  • Gr. 11 Cl. 2 SA 387 is a pressure vessel grade
    steel used in high-temperature applications. The
    Steel kind has a high chromium content, which
    gives it exceptional corrosion and oxidation
    resistance. In situations where sour gases are a
    problem, this steel's resistance characteristics
    are critical. For pressure vessels, adhesive wear
    refers to the relative sliding of the contact
    surface between the work piece, which primarily
    improves the microstructure of the infiltrated
    layer.
