    genes, your diet, your exercise routine, your
    lifestyle, your state of health, etc. Protein
    powders are really popular these days in the
    field of nutrition or fitness. Protein powders
    are not harmful by themselves, but we need to
    keep in mind a few things

    milk then it can make you fat. This is because
    milk has a lot of fat. Whereas having it with
    water can help you develop lean muscle. There are

    source is genuine. Dont buy products from
    unknown dealers or sites. Always check the brand
    details and the product details. Fake products
    contain fats, oils, steroids, hormones, etc. 
  • Ingredients If you are buying Whey Isolate, then
    check the order of the ingredients. If Whey
    Concentrate is mentioned before Isolate, dont
    buy the product as it will have very less
    Isolate. Check the ingredients of the protein
    powder.
