    to increase the weight of the body. In terms of
    calories, it contains high calories and if taken
    in the long run, can cause a person to put on
    unhealthy fat that will be tough to lose. Whey
    protein supplements are mainly only protein, and
    dont contain fat, etc. in them. Some of them do
    include vegetable oil/fat and this could be
    unhealthy.
