Transforming Our Emotional Landscape
With mindfulness of emotions meditation, we go
back to the original seeds and examine what has
nourished them - clear or sullied waters? We
sometimes find that unskillful people have
taught us unhealthy ways to feel and express our
emotions and with this realization we practice
transforming these emotional patterns by
expressing love and compassion for that little
kid whose seeds were sullied. We transform
these early experiences through breath,
visualization, and by truly caring for the child
