What is Learners Temperament ?

• Temperament is nothing but how is students
  behaviour and interaction with Tutor other
  students. Basically, there are four different
  types of learners temperament
• Sanguine
• Choleric
• Melancholic
• Phlegmatic

Sanguine Learner
These types of learners are always ready to face
challenges. They are always social active and
outgoing. Some of the challenges which has risk
excite them a lot. They are capable of leading a
group discussion or a live session. These
learners learn the things from their own
mistakes. The time when you would be creating
course for this learners always keep them
engaged.

Choleric Learner
Choleric learners are really good enough in the
leadership role. They are very much confident,
self-reliant and goal oriented. These learners
always use logic to solve their any problems.
Educators must rely on mentorship programmes
while building classes for them. By doing this
they make choleric learners to share information
and learn from each other. Stimulation provide
these learners the opportunity to practice what
they have learnt in the real world.

Melancholic Learner
Melancholic learners are always busy in analysing
every detail of the course. These learners try to
stay out of the limelight. They always stick to
their daily routine. Educators must build
simple courses that are very easy to navigate to
engage this learners. Teachers should provide
personalised learning paths that allow students
to move on their own pace. Educators should avoid
these learners to host an activity as it can
create stress for them but they can ease them
into social learning situations with peer group
discussions.

Phlegmatic Learner
These learners always care about others. They are
relaxed, quiet, peaceful and easy going and
always try to hide their emotions. Phlegmatic
learners are always good at generalising ideas or
problems to the world and also making promises.
