About SSC CGL Exam
The SSC CGL is one of the most prestigious exams
that is conducted each year by SSC. It is a
national-level exam that witnesses lakhs of
candidates each year who wish to crack this exam
on the first attempt.  The SSC CGL exam date
2021 is postponed due to the rising cases of
coronavirus in the country. However, to be well
aware of the examination, you must always check

SSC CGL Tier 1 Syllabus
Candidates must be well aware of the SSC CGL Tier
1 syllabus as it will help them get ready for
their examination. Candidates can know the exact
topics that they need to study for their upcoming
SSC CGL exams.  Note- There are in total four
tiers for the SSC CGL exam i.e. Tier 1, Tier 2,
Tier 3 and Tier 4. However, Tier 1 is one of the
most crucial tiers as after clearing this stage
you are allowed to enter the further stages of
the SSC CGL exam.

• Tier 1 consists of four main sections- General
  Intelligence Reasoning, General Awareness,
  Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. 
• Each section carries 25 marks (1 mark for each
  question) and 25 questions. It is an objective
  type of paper where candidates will be given 60
  minutes to complete the entire Tier 1 exam.
