  spelling mistake in the name on your ticket? We
  dont charge you for being human. Just contact us
  via social media to correct your name.
• Refund-
• If your flight is cancelled or delayed more than
  3 hours, you can choose to postpone your trip to
  a later date. You may also be entitled to
  re-imbursement of additional costs you had to
