  now works as a foreman for JT Site Services. At
  just 25 years old he owns his own home, and hopes
  to start a family in the years to come. In the
  next decade, Rafael Boyzo sees himself owning his
  own business as well as various properties across
  the Riverside, California area.

• What motivates Rafael Boyzo to wake up before the
  sun each morning is a desire to contribute to the
  local community with detail-oriented construction
  work. He ensures that each of the buildings he
  oversees has a professional finish and quality
  workmanship by contributing his skills in
  concrete and asphalt. When he can, Rafael Boyzo
  donates his extra money to charity.
