Remote Sensing Data Acquisition
OVERVIEW This device is called RSDA which means
Remote Sensing Data Acquisition using the
internet connectivity over GPRS / 4G / Wifi. The
master unit comprises of a 16 bit Microcontroller
MSP430G2553. 4 analog channels of the MCU has
been kept for users on board to interface the
analog sensors with the device.The sensors can be
either voltage type / current type However,
proper signal conditioning is required to convert
the out to a suitable voltage form in the range
of 0v dc to 5 v dc. Please remember if the signal
output is not aligned or scaled to this range,
then the data transmitted to the IOT web UI /
webpage will be erronoeus. The output of the
device controls up to 5 x 230 VAC 1 Ph. Loads
through relays wherein the set point can be
provided by you over the web portal ( also using
your mobile phone over SMS in some old models) to
the device.

Control strategy
Presently, the device is based out of the on-off
control mechanism. However, if you reqire a
proportional / PI / PID control action for the
load in order to maintain the process value
within required limits of the set value, then
the same can be done. You will have to implement
the PID control action using the standard PID
library and the modification can be done by our
